Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we won't be able to make changes. Call us at Pf9810852368 or email ar info@thebeeskneesco if you need any amends in your order.
Q3. Are the colors and sizes of the product exactly as shown?
We try our best to display product colors and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and availability (some products are shipped in random colors).
Q4. Do your products come with warranties?
As a curated store of trending and functional finds, most products come with quality assurance but not manufacturer warranties unless mentioned. In case of damaged or defective items, contact us and we’ll help resolve it ASAP.

Q15. How do I care for and clean the products?
Each product listing includes care instructions. Most of our kitchen and home items are easy to clean using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh abrasives unless stated otherwise.
